Technical Performance Features
1. Electric Drilling Rig
DC electric drive rigs use AC-SCR-DC transmission, while AC electric drive rigs use AC-DC-AC transmission to achieve intelligent control of the rig. Diesel generator sets are used as power source; the drawworks employs hydraulic disc brakes, Eaton auxiliary brakes, etc.; the drawworks, mud pumps, and rotary table all use independent electric drives with stepless speed regulation (the rotary table can also use compound drive); the mast is K-type structure, the substructure is swing-up or telescopic, with low-position installation and integral hoisting of mast and substructure; the driller's console provides centralized control and can achieve automatic bit feeding, while AC variable frequency rigs implement energy consumption braking.

2. Compound Drilling Rig
Diesel engines are used as power source with overall chain compound box parallel transmission; the drawworks adopts sealed chain transmission structure, hydraulic disc brakes, electromagnetic eddy current brakes, etc.; the drawworks and mud pumps use unified drive; the rotary table uses independent AC variable frequency electric drive equipped with VFD system; the mast is K-type structure, the substructure is box-on-box or telescopic, with low-position installation and integral hoisting; the driller's console provides centralized control and can achieve automatic bit feeding.

3. Mechanical Drilling Rig
Diesel engines are used as power source with belt or chain compound transmission; the drawworks adopts sealed chain transmission structure, main brake uses band or disc brakes, auxiliary brake is electromagnetic eddy current brake, etc.; the drawworks, rotary table, and mud pumps use unified drive; the mast is A-type or K-type structure, the substructure is box-on-box or telescopic, with low-position installation and integral hoisting.
4. Drilling rigs above 4000m can meet the requirements for top drive installation.
