The anti-torque special thread tubing developed by our company is mainly used to replace conventional tubing and drill pipes for special operations (drilling plugs, fishing, etc.), gas wells, and enhanced oil recovery. It adopts a special thread (ZYKNT) available in both upset and non-upset end forms. The joint section can achieve equal strength with the pipe body, offering strong resistance to over-torque, compression, and bending. The independently developed special thread (ZYKNT) uses a three-point sealing structure (cone-to-cone, cone-to-cone with anti-torque shoulder, and thread), providing superior performance to meet the requirements for tubing seal integrity and structural integrity in complex well conditions such as high-pressure oil and gas wells.
